The Pittock Mansion

Open year round, the Pittock Mansion is packed with artifacts and information from early Portland history. Tour the mansion with your spouse at your own pace or sign up for guided tours. My favorite time to visit the mansion? Christmas time! Each room is decorated with its own theme (sponsored by local businesses). A visit to the mansion will draw you back to the days of simpler, elegant living.

As you are browsing the mansion make sure you hold hands. Pretend you are on your first date. Ask each other questions like their favorite color and food. Flirt with each other. Remember how silly you were when you were first dating- recreate it.
