The Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum

Head down to McMinnville (about a 45 minute-1 hour drive from Portland) to visit The Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum. The museum boasts many attractions - the museum itself, an indoor water park, planes, memorials, artifacts and education all centered around aeronautics. The most popular attraction is the Spruce Goose, a flying boat! You can view the cargo bay of this enormous plane and learn more about its part in World War II. Feel like getting wet?
