Beach Trip!

The Oregon coast is only 90 - 120 minutes away from the Portland area. Take a day to head out to the beach. Whether it's to Astoria (boasts the Astoria Column and the Goonies House), Seaside (boasts quaint shops and a small aquarium), Cannon Beach (boasts beautiful views and Haystack Rock), Lincoln City (boasts several hotels, an outlet mall, and gorgeous views), or Newport (boasts camping on the beach, the Newport Aquarium, and some unusual museums), there is something for everyone at the beach! The Oregon coast is usually cold and windy, so be prepared with jackets or sweatshirts. Cannon Beach and Lincoln City both offer seaside dining at Mo's Restaurant, famous for their homemade clam chowder! Relationship Reconnection:

If your fondness and admiration are being chipped away, the route to bringing them back always begins with realizing how valuable they are. They are crucial to the long-tern happiness of a relationship because they prevent contempt from becoming an overwhelming presence in your life. The better in touch you are with your deep positive feelings for each other, the less likely you are to act contemptuous of your spouse when you have a deference of opinion. Make your relationship a realm in which you and your partner exchange compliments often, and demonstrate how much you admire each other. This is a great way to create a generous, positive relationship.
